Suvakrio Group • Operating Manifesto

How we operate.

Four operational rules that decide what gets built, what gets shipped, and what gets left in the deck. We hold ourselves and every venture under our banner accountable to these standards.

The Four Pillars of Suvakrio Group

Core Philosophy

No invented numbers. No layers of managers.

Nepal has enough pitch decks. What it needs are companies that make money and stay around, and that fix real problems for students, businesses and people right now.

So we watch the things that actually tell us it is working: whether the software stays up, whether schools and clients keep trusting us with their work, and whether the people who build it here are growing.

The four operating pillars.

Every decision we make, from hiring talent to engineering schemas and signing contracts, is tested against these four commitments.

Built to ship

We would rather launch than plan

We put working software in front of real users early and fix it from what they do with it, instead of spending months on a plan that never leaves the slide deck. A product is worth something once people use it, and not before.

Local first

Built for Nepal, not translated from elsewhere

Each venture starts from what schools, businesses and people in Nepal actually deal with, not from a playbook copied out of Silicon Valley with a Nepali label on it. That shows up in the specifics: the SEE and NEB syllabus, and payments through FonePay, eSewa and Khalti.

Founder-run

The people who founded it do the work

There is no layer of managers between the founders and the people who use what we build. The founders write the code, run the campaigns, sit in the client meetings, and answer the hard questions themselves.

One bar, every venture

The same standard, whatever the field

The three ventures need different skills: education software, digital media, and client engineering. What they share is the standard we hold them to. The same care goes into the code, the design and what we put in a contract, whichever venture ships it.

Governance & Legal Rigor.

Transparency isn't just a marketing word; it is our corporate structure under Nepali statutory law.

Corporate Registration

Registered in Nepal under the Company Act 2063. The registration number is available on request.

Holding Structure

One holding company handles the legal and financial side for all three ventures, so each team can focus on building instead of paperwork.

Honest Metrics Policy

No made-up case studies, no inflated numbers. Everything stated on this site is something you can check.

Data & Privacy

We handle student, financial and client data under Nepali privacy law. What this site itself collects is spelled out on the privacy page.

Connect with Leadership

Aligning with our values? Let's build together.

Whether you represent an academic institution, a brand seeking honest media representation, or an engineering client with high ambitions, our doors are open.
