Privacy policy
This site collects one thing: what you type into the contact form. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind on it, and nothing on it is loaded from a third party.

What we collect
Only the contact form. When you submit it we receive the name, email address, phone number if you chose to give one, the inquiry type you selected, and your message.
If you suggested a time to talk, we also receive that time and the name of your device’s time zone — the zone name only, a label like Asia/Kathmandu, so that a slot means the same hour to both of us. That name is a region, not a position: it is not your address, and we do not look up where you are. Suggesting a time is optional and the form works without it. Nothing books anything: there is no calendar behind this site, so a suggested time is a few extra lines in the same email, and it is only a meeting once a person has replied to say so.
Nothing else on this site collects anything. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no A/B testing. We set no cookies of our own, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
There are no third-party embeds. The animation on the home page is drawn by this site itself, from its own code; it requests nothing from anyone and it plays whether or not you interact with it.
What we do with it
A submission is delivered to the inbox below so a person can read it and reply. Depending on how the site is configured, delivery is either emailed through an email provider acting on our behalf (currently Resend, a US company, so the message crosses borders in transit), or posted to an internal endpoint we control. Either way it reaches contact@suvakrio.com. That is the only use. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell the data, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Our web host keeps standard server logs: IP address, timestamp and requested URL, for security and debugging, as any host does. On a development install with no delivery configured, a submission is written to those server logs instead of being sent; that is a local-development behaviour and the deployed site refuses the form outright rather than logging your message and telling you it was sent.
How long we keep it
Contact messages stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and we delete them on request. Server logs are kept by our host under its own retention policy, not by us.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. There is no account to close and no preference centre to navigate. Email contact@suvakrio.com with either request, and we will.
Children
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover NepEduAI, one of our ventures, which is education software used by school students; anything about student data belongs to NepEduAI, not to this page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We will not quietly broaden it. If we ever add analytics, this page will say which tool and why before it goes live.
